Refund Policy

Print production

If we made a production error (wrong size, missing pages, finish not as confirmed), we will reprint or refund the affected line at our option. Color variance within normal digital-print tolerance is not a defect. Client-supplied files with low resolution, RGB-only logos, or missing bleed are not grounds for a full refund after approval. Cancel before we start production for a full refund of that job minus any paid proof or design time.

Paid remote support

If a session is sold by the minute or as a flat diagnostic: you may cancel before the technician begins for a full refund. Once remote work starts, time used is earned. If we determine within the first 10 minutes that the issue is failed hardware with no software workaround, we stop and refund unused prepaid time. We do not refund because the manufacturer later agrees to a warranty swap — that is a separate relationship.

How to request

Email hello@printmypaper.me with the invoice or ticket ID within 14 days of delivery or session. Chargebacks should follow a request here first.

Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not limited where they cannot be waived.
